RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Each Shattered Scar Apparel product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it and work toward an appropriate resolution.

If a replacement or refund is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
